Bilingual HR Business Partner

Overview We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Business Partner who is fluent in Spanish and English to support our diverse workforce and serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on support across core HR functions including operations, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite per week. Responsibilities HR Operations: Support daily HR processes, maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy, and streamline workflows for efficiency. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit inquiries, coordinate enrollments, manage life event changes, and work closely with benefit providers to ensure seamless administration. Performance Management: Partner with managers to support goal-setting, mid-year and annual review cycles, coaching, and development planning. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conduct investigations as needed, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws. Support policy development, communication, and auditing. Onboarding: Lead the new-hire onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Coordinate orientation, document collection, systems access, and engagement activities. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
