DescriptionThe Center for Motivation and Change (CMC:Berskshires) has been providing compassionate, collaborative and expert evidence-based treatment for people struggling with substance problems for the last 10 years. CMC:Berkshires is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change.

Schedule
Full-time
Tuesday–Sunday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

- $21–$23/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing daily meals with consistency and attention to detail
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Working independently while supporting the team
- Following systems that ensure quality every day
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience
- Reliable and punctual every shift matters
- Able to stay organized and work clean
- Can work independently without constant direction
- Takes pride in doing things the right way
This Role May Not Be a Fit If You
- Struggle with consistency or follow-through
- Prefer high-volume, fast-paced line cooking
- Need frequent reminders to stay productive
