Lab Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and testing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the PB/Engineering Department supporting product testing, validation, and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Miamisburg, OH

Pay Range: $25-$30

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Prepare test samples and specimens, developing efficient testing protocols and procedures.
• Conduct and document tests on finished and prototype products in accordance with established test methods and QC specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on new product designs and provide technical feedback for product improvement.
• Benchmark products against industry standards and competitor offerings to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain accurate project logs, lab notebooks, and necessary QC and R&D records to support continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Technical certification or associate degree (may be required in some areas).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in product testing and lab operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and lab scheduling/project software.
• Strong documentation skills and proven technical expertise.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately.
