What You'll Be Doing
- Work directly with our sales team and learn how deals happen
- Create quotes, pricing, and customer documentation
- Enter and manage customer orders
- Communicate with customers about orders, timelines, and updates
- Coordinate with production and shipping to keep things moving
- Build real-world experience in customer service + sales operations
