Job Summary: 
The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities, supporting client safety and well-being, and following established care plans. Caregivers will work closely with clients and their families to ensure comfort, dignity, and a high quality of life.

Client Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes 
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being 
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks 
• Support mobility and help ensure a safe environment for clients 
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition to the office 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, as required by company policy 
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members 
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism 
• Uphold, support, and follow all company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or GED required 
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar) 
• A compassionate and patient attitude with a genuine desire to help others 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently 
• Ability to follow care plans and respond appropriately to client needs 
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance 
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting clients with mobility 
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
