Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us in Brevard County for a fulfilling home health role. This full-time position entails providing care to patients across multiple agency partners, utilizing state-of-the-art EMR systems in a flexible and autonomous field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities of the OT, Home Health

Provide care to patients across multiple agency partners
Complete full-time workload of 30 visits per week with a 35-hour guarantee
Finalize daily schedules by 5:00 PM the day prior
Coordinate exact visit times directly with patients
Cover Saturday orthopedic visits as needed
Utilize Pariox EMR for schedule visibility and document within various partner agency EMRs

Requirements of the OT, Home Health

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
Experience in home health environment
Proficiency with EMR systems (Kantime, Kinnser, Axxess, Homecare Homebase)
