Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for a babysitter who is good with multiple children. For the occasional date night/overnight stay. Our 2-year-old is slightly speech delayed so someone who is patient, a plus if you have experience with delayed children. We have 3 older children, 10, 13 and 14, they are very self sufficient and helpful with the younger ones. The little ones all sleep through the night and bedtime is pretty easy. They are good eaters and dinners are very simple. A usual day consists of them waking up, we go downstairs for breakfast and then we play until nap time. The older kids make their own breakfast. After nap time we have a snack then play until dinner. Dinner is usually between 5-6 p.m.
