loan system Process loan modifications for existing ABL clients Process access requests in the Wells Fargo CEO portal Interact with underwriting, portfolio, legal, collateral analysts, deal closing, letters of credit, tax reporting, operational risk, and loan servicing teams Create, update, and certify team procedures, job aids, and user guides Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Business Continuity Planning testing events Serve as a subject matter expert and guide other team members Reduce outstanding regulatory deliverables by executing milestones and strengthening risk and control infrastructure Complete monthly metrics reporting Identify metric themes and trends to improve accuracy and determine refresher training opportunities Partner with stakeholders to complete requests accurately and on time Research and report operational adjustments and identify preventive measures Coordinate workflow activities, assign new deals, and ensure timely completion of requests Requirements 5+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Demonstrated experience supporting Asset Based Lending products and structures within a complex financial institution Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Law preferred Paralegal and/or finance experience supporting loan documentation, credit structures, or transactional workflows Advanced working knowledge of LUCAS and CLIC applications, including applications across multiple deal types and scenarios Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in reviewing, interpreting, and applying complex loan documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to operate independently while contributing as a senior member of a collaborative team Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment involving competing priorities Well-developed organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with minimal oversight Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to work at the posted location on a hybrid schedule Visa sponsorship is not available Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Commercial Loan Closing and Asset Based Lending, with a strong ability to review complex loan documentation and support transactional workflows.
