About this role:

Matters Graph is seeking experienced strategy consulting professionals with demonstratedworkstream leadership and project management experience.We are looking for individuals who value substance over scale and thrive in a collaborative, high-trust, and intellectually rigorous environment. At Matters Graph, you will have direct exposure toclients, and executive leadership, and play a key role in operational and firm-building initiatives.

Our Case Team Leads (CTL) and Managersplay a critical role in leading client engagements frominceptionthrough delivery. You willbe responsible formanaging project teams,leadingworkstreams, ensuring the quality and rigor of analyses, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will work closely with Principals and Partners to shape engagement strategy, develop client recommendations, and drive successful outcomes.

In addition, you will serve as a leader, coach, and mentor to early career consultants, helping to develop the next generation of talent while continuing to expand your own leadership, client management, and business development capabilities.

At Matters Graph, you will:

• Manage project delivery from end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery of superb, evidence-based advice

• Act as a coach and mentor to junior team members, and train team members onMatters Graphmethods

• Translate client issues into well-structured problem statements, and design problem solving methods and frameworks

• Oversee and contribute to the investigative research process to ensure that data is comprehensive andaccurate

• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis and ensure robustness of conclusions

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, working with them to ensure successful project delivery

• Nurture existing client relationships as a trusted advisor, and begin to support the business development process to win new client business

• Develop valuable intellectual capital and build subject matterexpertisein sectors or methodologies

• Act as a role model anddemonstratepassion forMatters Graphcore values

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years ofexperience withinaleading strategy consulting firm, boutique consultancy,private equity fund,orsimilaradvisoryenvironment

• Demonstratedleadershipexperience, including managing multiple workstreams, coordinating project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex client engagements

• Strong client management skills, with experience building trusted relationships, leading client interactions, presenting findings and recommendations, and managing stakeholder expectations

• Exposure to business development activitiesis strongly preferred;including supporting proposal development, contributing to client growth initiatives,identifyingnew opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.

• Outstanding intellectual curiosity, and strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

• Entrepreneurial spiritand willingness to take ownership

• A desire to build a long-term career as a professional consultant

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiencyinmultiplelanguages is a plus

Whatwe offer:

CTLs and Managersearn acompetitive base salary andareeligible for performance-based discretionary bonuses tied to both individual and firm performance.The base salary for thesepositionsrangesfrom $180,000to $215,000per year.

Eligible team members may alsoparticipatein profit-sharing and equity programs,providingthe opportunity to share in the firm's long-term success.
