Festus, MO | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus an every-other Saturday rotation (8:00 AM-Noon) in Ste. Genevieve. Choose either overtime pay or a half-day off during the week.

A Typical Day
Every day is a little different, but you might:
• Welcome customers into the branch
• Open new checking and savings accounts
• Help someone enroll in mobile banking
• Process teller transactions
• Recommend products that genuinely help customers
• Work alongside teammates to create an exceptional customer experience

What You'll Do

As a Personal Banker, you'll build lasting customer relationships by helping people choose the right financial solutions while delivering exceptional service every day.

• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
• Support teller transactions and account maintenance
• Assist customers with online & mobile banking tools
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional service
• Support branch goals through teamwork and relationship building

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma (College, preferred)
• Customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
