The Springs of Park Avenue is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced rehab team. In this flexible, as‑needed role, you’ll help residents improve their speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities—restoring vital skills that support independence and dignity. What You’ll Do: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing disorders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic, resident‑focused care Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and care updates Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques What You Bring: Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‑paced healthcare environment Why Join Us?
