About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a full-time swing-shift position with a stable, democratic, physician-owned and managed group that has partnered with hospitals for more than 30 years. Our team is built around collaboration, clinical excellence, and giving physicians and advanced practice providers the support they need to provide outstanding patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Hospitalist Physician Assistant – Swing Shift - Average 12 shifts per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation with an average range of $97 - $102 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current or eligible Virginia Physician Assistant license
• Hospitalist, inpatient medicine, internal medicine, or other acute-care experience preferred
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hospital-based experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nursing, and other members of the care team
