Commercial Litigation Attorney

A well-regarded Dallas litigation firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. This role offers meaningful responsibility, high-quality work, and direct partner access from day one.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling complex business disputes from inception through resolution. This role provides direct client exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and a clear path for growth within a respected practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business and partnership disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy

Qualifications

• 2-7+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Strong background in breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and business dispute matters
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
