Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, employing ethical and compassionate practices.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies to create personalized treatment plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults experiencing various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Computer literacy skills to navigate our user-friendly therapy software easily.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, demonstrating your capacity to handle diverse client presentations and treatment plans effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As a full-time therapist, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling you to maintain your well-being while caring for others.
