A typical day might include the following: Using your vehicle to transport individuals to and from job interviews (mileage reimbursement provided) Guiding students to develop career goals and objectives Helping students create a customized resume and complete applications for either jobs or school admissions Coaching and preparing for interviews Assisting students at their job sites to ensure success and independence This position may interest you if: You want to positively impact a student's life You have previous experience in high-touch customer service environments You are passionate about working with students (ages 14+) You thrive being part of a collaborative team, yet can work independently Career growth opportunities - potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have the following experience: Management of a small team Informal leadership in sports, clubs, or civic organizations Additional requirements include: Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within your local community Monday - Friday, daytime business hours (minimum 20 hours for part-time) Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device We offer: Competitive salary and benefits with bonus opportunities Health and Wellness Work/life balance Growth and Development Pay $21-24 Interested in learning more?
