Occupational Therapist (OTR) Location: Union City, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $53 - $59/hr This is a Temporary Assignment that will run through June 2026 to December 2026! What You’ll Be Doing Providing hands‑on OT treatment & interventions to a geriatric/frail population Leading a Functional Maintenance Program that keeps participants independent and engaged Training rehab aides, caregivers, and families so your impact goes beyond your sessions Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team that actually values your input Handling the necessary admin (yes, documentation exists—it’s not your whole personality) The Must‑Haves Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in California (CBOT + NBCOT) Bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin (required) Experience working with geriatric or frail populations (strongly preferred) 2+ years of experience with physical disabilities The Setting Clinic/center‑based environment alongside a full care team Active, hands‑on work (this is not a sit‑all‑day role) Fast‑paced, collaborative, and purpose‑driven Why This Role?
