About EVFMX USA LLC EVFMX USA LLC is a growing manufacturer and distributor of electric golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), and powers ports products. As we continue expanding our operations in Tampa, Florida, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and support our growing manufacturing and assembly activities. Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, parts management, material flow, warehouse organization, employee supervision, safety, 5S implementation, cycle counting, and ERP/WMS inventory accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership position that works closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management to ensure materials and parts are received, stored, controlled, and delivered accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations 1. Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and material movement. 2. Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout for parts, components, finished products, and supplies. 3. Ensure all materials and inventory are properly identified, labeled, stored, and traceable. 4. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and verify receiving and shipping documentation. 5. Ensure materials and components are accurately prepared and delivered to production on time. Inventory Control

1. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
2. Manage cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory

reconciliation. 3. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. 4. Ensure receipts, transfers, returns, and shipments are properly recorded. 5. Establish effective controls to reduce inventory loss, damage, misplacement, and transaction errors. Parts and Production Support 1. Manage automotive, EV, golf cart, LSV, powersports, and related parts and components. 2. Coordinate closely with Production to ensure required materials and components are available according to production schedules. 3. Identify shortages and material issues and communicate them promptly to Production, Purchasing, and Management. 4. Properly manage defective, damaged, returned, and non-conforming materials. Team Leadership

1. Supervise, train, schedule, and coordinate warehouse employees.
2. Assign daily responsibilities and monitor productivity and

performance. 3. Establish clear warehouse procedures and employee accountability. 4. Train employees on inventory procedures, material handling, safety, and warehouse systems. 5. Support additional staffing needs as warehouse operations expand. Safety and 5S 1. Maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. 2. Implement and maintain 5S standards throughout warehouse operations. 3. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements. 4. Conduct routine warehouse inspections and promptly address unsafe conditions. 5. Ensure proper handling and storage of parts, batteries, equipment, materials, and finished products. Process Improvement and Reporting 1. Develop and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operating procedures. 2. Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, receiving accuracy, shipping accuracy, productivity, and material availability. 3. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, material flow, and labor productivity. 4. Provide regular warehouse and inventory reports to management. 5. Help build scalable warehouse systems and processes as the company continues to grow. Qualifications 1. Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management or warehouse supervisory experience. 2. Strong experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, parts management, and warehouse operations. 3. Experience using ERP and/or WMS systems. 4. Previous experience supervising and training warehouse employees. 5. Strong understanding of cycle counting, physical inventory, inventory reconciliation, and material control. 6. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management. 8. Ability to work full-time on-site in Tampa, Florida. 9. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation 66,000 to 78,000 per year Final compensation will be determined based on relevant warehouse management experience, manufacturing experience, ERP/WMS knowledge, leadership capabilities, and overall qualifications.
