Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop practical event coordination and customer engagement skills while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Help organize event schedules, materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup and ensure resources are prepared.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Assist team members with event responsibilities and customer engagement.
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees.
• Gather customer feedback and event observations.
• Assist with event breakdown and organization after activities.
• Support customer follow-up activities following promotional events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
