Job Summary
Join a well-established, multi-doctor veterinary hospital in Philadelphia, Tennessee, offering a supportive and collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care. This busy practice primarily provides small animal general practice services while also offering the opportunity for veterinarians interested in mixed animal medicine to see occasional large animal cases. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care for small animals
Opportunity to see occasional large animal cases based on interest and experience
Build lasting relationships with clients and patients
Collaborate with a supportive 4+ doctor veterinary team
Work closely with experienced technicians and hospital staff
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $135,000 depending on experience
$50,000 sign-on bonus
20% Production bonus opportunities with no negative accrual
3 weeks pPaid time off plus continuing education support

Balanced schedule designed to support work-life balance
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Saturday shifts are shared on an infrequent rotational basis
