Mainframe z/OS & IBM LCM Administrator

Job Title
High-Level Responsibilities
Administer Rocket Life Cycle Manager (LCM) across multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
Configure lifecycle processes, workflows, and approval mechanisms
Maintain application hierarchies, systems, and library structures
Manage versioning of components and maintain baselines
Support rollback/backout to previous stable versions
Create, manage, and promote change packages as deployable units
Work with security team to implement role based access controls
Support production migrations, release failures, and package issues
Excellent understanding of System z architecture
Excellent experience with IBM z/OS operating system
Experience in building Mainframe LPAR and OS Upgrades
Installation of patches and fixes
System parameters/parmlib maintenance
Knowledge of managing JES3 subsystem
Managing incidents on z/OS related issues
z/OS performance monitoring and reporting
