The COTA role is the front line of that mission: you deliver high-quality functional visits in the home under the OT plan of care, helping patients stay safe and independent. Smarter charting: Record or dictate visits with AI Scribe, start with prefilled assessments, extract medication lists from photos, and keep all visit information in one easy-to-use place. What you will do: Deliver skilled COTA visits in the home under the supervising OT’s plan of care. Execute functional treatment plans: ADLs/IADLs, safety/fall prevention, energy conservation, UE function, adaptive equipment training. Track objective functional progress and communicate updates/concerns to the supervising OT. Coordinate with nursing and the broader care team: elevate changes in condition and safety concerns.
