Strategic In-House Counsel (NA) Contracts & Governance
FAAC Technologies
FAAC Technologies is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to support its North American operations. This position will provide strategic legal guidance for commercial agreements and handle disputes across multiple U.S. and Canadian entities. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor degree and have 10–12 years of legal experience, particularly in commercial contracts and technology environments. Strong stakeholder management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential. Standard workload is 45–50 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
