Social Media Manager Partner

Indie Filmmakers Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit film collective dedicated to supporting independent filmmakers by funding projects, creating jobs for cast and crew, and developing opportunities for emerging creative talent. We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Growth Partner to help grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok , increase engagement, and build an audience that connects with our mission and film projects. This is not just a posting role—we are looking for someone who understands content strategy, audience growth, and virality mechanics , and who can help shape how our stories are told online. We already have film content, behind-the-scenes material, and ongoing productions, but need help turning that into consistent, high-performing social media growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute Instagram + TikTok growth strategy Turn film content, BTS footage, and updates into engaging short-form content Identify trends, formats, and hooks that increase reach and virality Help plan and schedule consistent posting strategy Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting timing Collaborate with filmmakers to shape storytelling for social media Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance Help grow followers, engagement, and awareness of our mission #J-18808-Ljbffr Indie Filmmakers INC
