Key Responsibilities:
Provide all clean up in the grinding area, including waste disposals

• Empties trash from work area as required.

• Completes regrind report tags for each Gaylord of material processed.  Assures proper identification of all reprocessed materials.

• Performs cable retrieval as needed.

• Breaks down empty gaylords as received from Extrusion.

• Processes all scrap cable-in-duct materials in area.  Maintain interfacing with extrusion personnel to move materials in need of retrieval to grinding area.

• Actively participates in monthly/quarterly/annual cycle counts

• Report any unsafe conditions or broken equipment to the supervisor and/or management team member.

• Actively participates in all plant activities including training, safety, continuous improvement, etc.

• Perform any other production duties as trained and assigned.
