New Home Sales Associate

Eastwood Homes is a privately‑held residential homebuilder founded in 1977, dedicated to providing homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship across the Southeast region. We are looking for a New Home Sales Associate to join our highly motivated sales team. The role includes comprehensive training, community marketing, and direct engagement with prospective homeowners. New Home Associate Responsibilities Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes' product design. Present model homes, floor plan designs, home features, and home‑site availability to potential residents. Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans. Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home. Work alongside community builder and onsite New Home Specialist to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills. Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug and background screening. Ability to work a minimum five‑day work week including Saturday, Sunday, and early evening weekday hours. Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle that can accommodate at least two passengers for necessary job functions. Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent the company professionally. After securing an active real estate license and successfully completing the program, New Home Associates are eligible for a promotion to a New Home Specialist, which includes a competitive compensation program and bonus potential.
