About the Role
This role is for a developer who wants to build things that actually change how a business runs, not just ship features into a backlog. You'll be learning the internal processes firsthand, then deciding where automation, integrations, or AI tools can cut out the busywork. It's a small, fast-moving environment where you own your projects start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Tools

Learn business processes and identify opportunities for automation

Build internal tools, workflows, and API integrations

Use AI and automation tools to streamline operations

Data & Systems

Develop solutions for data collection, reporting, and lead enrichment

Support Salesforce-related projects and process improvements

Ownership

Own projects from idea through implementation

Qualifications

Experience with JavaScript and/or Python

Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation

Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative in a less corporate, fast-paced setting
