Full responsibilities, required qualifications, and the apply link are listed in the description below.## Resume Keywords to IncludeMake sure these keywords appear in your resume to improve ATS scoringExcelWorkdayTaxORADPHRISCompensationBenefitsSign up free to auto-tailor your resume with all these keywords and get a higher ATS score## Job DescriptionInternational Payroll AccountantBase Compensation: Up to $100k+BonusWashington, D.CKey Responsibilities* Support payroll operations for domestic and international employee populations.* Review payroll data for accuracy and ensure timely processing through internal teams and external payroll providers.* Assist with multi-state and international payroll tax compliance, filings, and reporting.* Prepare payroll-related journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and account analyses.* Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, tax issues, and employee payroll inquiries.* Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Tax teams to support payroll changes and employee compensation programs.* Assist with global mobility, travel tax tracking, equity compensation, or other specialized payroll initiatives as needed.* Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee compensation and payroll information.### Qualifications* 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, tax, or a related finance function.* Understanding of payroll accounting, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.* Knowledge of multi-state payroll taxes; international payroll experience is a plus but not required.* Experience with payroll or HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar platforms is preferred.* Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze payroll reports and reconcile data.* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.* Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with global teams and external vendors.## About Turn2PartnersTurn2Partnersturn2partners.comOn-site
