Position Overview
Carolina Heart Specialists is seeking a full‑time Non‑Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing physician‑led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Charlotte region. This role includes a primarily outpatient clinic‑based practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities across Lancaster and Indian Land, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities and Services
- Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
- Nuclear cardiology
- Cardiac CT
- Stress testing
- Preventive cardiology and medication management
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations
The incoming physician will work alongside experienced cardiologists, APPs, medical assistants, scribes, and administrative staff in a highly collaborative and patient‑centered environment.
Schedule
- Primarily clinic‑based responsibilities
- One dedicated hospital day per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Shared 1:4 weekend call rotation within the local MUSC hospital system
Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, production incentives, comprehensive benefits package, sign‑on bonus, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications
- Board Certified / Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs
- MD or DO
- Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
- Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Echocardiography preferred
- Open to experienced physicians and current fellows
- Strong commitment to patient‑centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes
- Eligible for H1B sponsorship and J1 waiver support
