LPN-Nurse Manager-Assisted Living

Job Description Brookdale West Melbourne is seeking an LPN Clinical Supervisor. Sign‑on bonus: $2,500. Days/Hours: Sunday‑Thursday 10:00 am–6:00 pm. As a clinical supervisor you will oversee resident care, coach caregivers, and ensure that residents receive exceptional service every day. The role requires leadership, mentoring, problem‑solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations to meet residents’ needs. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, maintaining quality care across shifts. Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and education, including classroom in‑services. Manage staff schedules and cover on‑call duties as needed. Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision, conducting periodic skill checks and audits. Assume caregiver or Med Tech/Aide roles when necessary to support residents and staffing. Qualifications Active state LPN or LVN license (RN preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a nursing or clinical setting. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
