This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and validate cutting-edge automatic transmission systems, ensuring top-notch vehicle performance and durability.Key Responsibilities:Lead development and validation activities for automatic transmission systems.Design and develop components aligned with performance, durability, and functional requirements.Plan and execute validation testing, including test plans, bill of materials (BOM), and test schedules.Support test cell setup, instrumentation, debugging, and execution of validation programs.Perform root cause analysis of test issues, failures, and stoppages; drive corrective actions.Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, calibration, thermal management, and engine engineering teams.Analyze test data and generate validation reports with actionable recommendations.Lead post-test inspection activities and documentation of results.Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in powertrain engineering.Experience with data acquisition and calibration tools, including ETAS-INCA and Vector CANalyzer.Preferences:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.Ready to make an impact?
