Job Description
Title: RN - MS/Tele FLOAT

Schedule:
- 12-hour Night shifts
- 7 PM - 7 AM
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Active nursing license in the state
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Coronary Care experience required
- Minimum of one completed travel assignment
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Previous hospital RN experience preferred
- Proficient in MEDITECH charting

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care and assess patient needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects.
- Float to various units including Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and Pediatrics as needed.
- Recognize and address safety issues for self and others.
- Use safe patient handling techniques and assist with patient mobility.
- Function effectively in stressful situations, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills.
- Assume charge nurse duties as required.
- Communicate effectively and maintain organized documentation.
