Opportunity:

PT - Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 1 weekend shift required per month
• No on-call requirements
• Float between two facilities required
• Treat patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit with a 20-bed capacity
• Patient ratio of 5-6 patients per therapist
• Work with neuro and orthopedic patient populations with a focus on adult patients
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred
• Flexible years of experience considered
• Use Epic and Nethealth electronic health record systems
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
• Scrub color: Caribbean blue; casual business attire also permitted
