Spanish Fluency Is Required
This position supports a predominantly Spanish-speaking facility. Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate professionally in both languages. This is a requirement, not a preference.
Required Experience
Please apply only if you have:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations
- At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or office-management experience
- Experience supporting a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, fleet, transportation, or route-based operation
- Experience handling financial controls such as petty cash, customer payments, money orders, expense reimbursements, credits, or route settlements
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, documentation, and data-entry skills
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Availability and commitment to complete the entire four-month temporary assignment
Strongly Preferred
- SAP experience
- Inventory-control or fixed-asset experience
- Fleet records, fuel reports, vehicle-inspection paperwork, or DOT/FMCSA support
- Experience coordinating warehouse equipment maintenance, rentals, or repairs
This is not a general receptionist or basic administrative assistant position . The role requires hands-on experience with accounting support, payment processing, reconciliations, warehouse administration, and operational documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process invoices
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, credits, and expense reimbursements
- Manage petty cash, customer payments, and account reconciliations
- Maintain supporting documentation for inventory, deductions, promotions, and financial transactions
- Support warehouse inventory controls and fixed-asset records
- Maintain fleet, fuel, vehicle-inspection, and equipment documentation
- Coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance, repairs, rentals, and renewals
- Assist with internal audits and DOT/FMCSA compliance documentation
- Support and guide office or operational personnel as needed
