Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description Provide care for residents of our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Medication administration, including IV medications. Taking and recording vital signs. Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome. Providing resident and family education. Communication with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals. Supervising CNAs. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $43 per hour.
