Job Description Brixton Corp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Boston team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. You will work closely with different team members, assist with campaign coordination, analyze results, and help ensure marketing projects are completed effectively and on schedule. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Support the development of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Coordinate campaign materials, schedules, and project deliverables. Conduct market and customer research to identify trends and opportunities. Assist with brand positioning and customer engagement initiatives. Track campaign performance and help prepare marketing reports. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and management teams. Help organize promotional activities, presentations, and company initiatives. Maintain accurate marketing records and project documentation.
