Registered Nurse (Full Time Clinic Manager - Day Shift)

RN Manager - CVOR at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center – Full-Time 1.0 FTE. Day shift Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Sign‑on bonus $10,000 for eligible external candidates. Overview Accountable for overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient‑care units within Nursing Services. Responsible for all clinical and operational activities in accordance with Providence mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff within assigned units. Ensure high‑quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards. Manage operational activities, including staffing, budgeting, and resources. Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing. Oregon Registered Nurse license. Recent first‑line management experience. Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
