Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Job Details:

• Acute care experience preferred
• August schedule follows a Friday/Saturday, Monday/Tuesday rotation
• Includes at least 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week rotation
• Includes weekend rotation and possible holiday shifts depending on timing
• Responsible for patient evaluation, development, and follow-through of treatment plans
• Epic EMR charting experience required (hard stop requirement)
• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
• Must be a graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
• Must hold a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or be license eligible
• Required certification: BLS
• May be required to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
