PM/Estimator

PM/Estimator, Omaha, NE
A well-established commercial drywall and metal stud framing subcontractor is seeking a PM/Estimator to estimate projects and then manage them through completion.
What you'll do:
- Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial framing and drywall projects
- Transition awarded projects into management
- Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Visit job sites to monitor progress
- Coordinate with general contractors and field leadership
What you bring:
- 5+ years of commercial metal stud framing PM and/or estimating experience
- Ability to take off and manage a project end to end
- Proficiency with takeoff software
- Strong communication skills
- Local to the market
