I am working on behalf of a well-established, family-run Home Care organisation that has been serving the local community since 2015. They are looking for an organised, compassionate and highly personable Scheduler to join their team and work alongside the existing full-time Scheduler as the company continues to grow.

The Role:
- Work alongside the existing scheduling team
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing requirements across the Home Care operation
- Communicate regularly with patients, families and caregivers
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
- Manage day-to-day scheduling requirements and changes
- Help resolve client and caregiver disputes and other typical Home Care challenges
- Prioritise effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Act as a key point of contact for patients, families and caregivers
- Be a visible, personable and approachable presence within the business
- Work fully in person from the company office
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
- No reporting or meeting responsibilities
Required Competencies:
- Previous Home Health or Home Care experience
- Experience using WellSky is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and stay on top of multiple responsibilities
- A natural people person and relationship builder
- Someone who enjoys being involved with patients and families
- Ability to work at pace as the organisation continues to grow
Benefits:
- Salary of $50,000 - $52,000
- Flexible PTO
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
