Summary Perform routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures. Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00 p.m. - Finish

Responsibilities Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members, as needed. Answer and direct telephone calls. Data entry. Filing and other administrative duties. Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes. Interface with customer. Prepare business reports and presentations. Purchase supplies. Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies. Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation. Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred. 1-3 years experience in automated office environment required. AS400 or SAP work experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to coach co-workers. Intermediate computer and database application skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems. Accurate data entry. Strong organizational skills. Bilingual skills a plus. Prior dispatching experience strongly preferred.
