We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the Enterprise Sales Executive in maintaining accurate CRM data, assisting with sales pipeline management, and contributing to key sales initiatives. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise sales processes within the equipment rental industry and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual interested in sales, business development, or operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and current client, prospect, and project data Assist with tracking and managing sales pipeline activity, including lead entry, status updates, and opportunity progression Conduct research on prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities within target sectors Support the preparation of sales materials and client outreach efforts Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow‑ups, and client communications as needed Assist in organizing sales documentation, contracts, and project records Identify opportunities to improve CRM data quality and sales processes Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Interest in sales, business development, or the construction/equipment rental industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment We are an equal opportunity and drug-free workplace.
