We’re looking for an Inside Sales professional who can both win new business and deepen existing accounts .
This role is for someone who:
- Thinks in gross profit dollars, not just revenue
- Protects margin while driving growth
- Knows how to convert RFQs into long-term relationships
- Takes ownership of their book of business
You’ll work closely with engineering, purchasing, and operations contacts while collaborating internally across sales, procurement, and leadership.
Compensation
- Competitive base ($50K–$75K depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission paid monthly
- Annual performance bonus
- OTE: $85K–$120K+ with accelerators for top performers
High performers exceed OTE.
