Inside Sales Representative

Kensington Electronics is expanding. We distribute mission-critical electronic components into aerospace, defense, medical, and high-reliability industrial markets — and we are growing intentionally and profitably.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales professional who can both win new business and deepen existing accounts .

This role is for someone who:

  • Thinks in gross profit dollars, not just revenue
  • Protects margin while driving growth
  • Knows how to convert RFQs into long-term relationships
  • Takes ownership of their book of business

You’ll work closely with engineering, purchasing, and operations contacts while collaborating internally across sales, procurement, and leadership.

Compensation

  • Competitive base ($50K–$75K depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission paid monthly
  • Annual performance bonus
  • OTE: $85K–$120K+ with accelerators for top performers
