Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Oncology (MS ONC) in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position involves managing radiation oncology cases, port accessing, and patient education within a busy oncology unit. Candidates are required to bring their license in hand on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Missouri (MO) license or compact license in hand at time of submittal; 2 years of nursing experience, including oncology and pediatric oncology experience; certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience, radiation oncology specialty, pediatric oncology expertise, port management skills, managing infusion and wound care
• Additional Information: The role entails managing radiation treatments, port access on pediatric cases, guiding patient flow in the clinic, and providing patient and family education. Responsibilities also include participating in quality, safety, and regulatory activities and promoting patient-centered care.
