Polaris Family Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will be a vital provider of preventive oral healthcare, performing professional cleanings and educating patients on maintaining lifelong dental health. Requirements
Valid and current Dental Hygienist License for the State of Ohio.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to high standards of patient care and clinical ethics.
Job Description
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing).
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and individualized preventive care strategies.
Capture and review high-quality dental X-rays for diagnostic purposes.
Conduct thorough intraoral examinations and periodontal charting.
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient records.
Adhere strictly to OSHA infection control standards and office safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient flow and comprehensive treatment planning.

Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
