Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as a primary point of coordination between clients, strategists, and internal team members. - Own client onboarding end to end: collect and organize account access (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok), set the account up in ClickUp, and standardize the process so every launch feels the same. - Run ClickUp as the single source of truth: build and maintain project templates, recurring tasks, and dashboards, and keep every account's status and owner current. - Catch gaps in client communication and delivery before they escalate, and drive follow-ups to closure. - Track all creative deliverables from request to delivery, including revi...
