Project Manager – Lead Multi-Family, Commercial, and Union Concrete Projects for Park Avenue Concrete Job Overview Company: Park Avenue Concrete Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience and additional certifications) Location: Melville, NY (20% travel required to job sites in NYC - All boroughs) Job/Employment Type: Full Time Project Scope: Multi-Family, Commercial, Union Concrete The Opportunity You will serve as a key operational leader driving complex residential, commercial, and union concrete projects to successful completion. Leveraging our long-standing industry relationships, you will take full ownership of project execution, quality, and client satisfaction. How You Will Make An Impact Lead end-to-end management for residential, commercial, and union concrete initiatives. Drive project schedules, material deliveries, and budget targets to ensure seamless site operations. Collaborate directly with union trade partners, field crews, and clients to maintain strong working relationships. Resolve technical site challenges, structural discrepancies, and schedule shifts proactively. Monitor project quality standards and enforce strict adherence to design specifications on every job. Provide continuous reporting on project milestones, financial tracking, and site performance. Required Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated track record of successful project management within concrete and construction. Proven ability to manage multi-faceted residential, commercial, and union project scopes. Strong expertise in reading blueprints, managing job costs, and navigating complex subcontracts. Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills for managing field and client dynamics. Valid driver's license and/or willingness to travel up to 20% within the regional project territory. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of dedicated construction management experience in high-volume markets. Established familiarity with local union guidelines and regional concrete build standards. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
