Caregiver / Home Health Aide – Immediate Opportunities Available

About the Role:
As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, including:
• Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication Management: Administering medications and keeping track of medication schedules
• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
• Companionship: Engaging in activities and conversations with our clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
Requirements:
• Work Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Reliability: Ability to maintain a reliable transportation schedule and respond to client needs in a timely manner
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and our healthcare team
