Production Lead - 2nd Shift

Production Coordinator

Help coordinate day-to-day production activities, workflow, and line readiness.

Support team members by answering questions, helping with training, and keeping work moving.

Communicate production needs, staffing concerns, equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other teams to help resolve issues.

Support accurate production documentation, material usage, inventory movement, and traceability.

Promote safe work practices, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Experience in production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment is preferred.

Previous experience as a lead, trainer, or in a supervisory support role is required.

SAP experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Ability to stay organized, follow procedures, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Hourly role with shift premium eligibility for second shift, subject to company policy.
