Job Requirements
Experience
- Acute hospital dialysis experience required.
- Pediatric experience required.
- Experience providing care to patients of all ages , including acute and chronically ill populations undergoing hemodialysis (HD).
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Licensure & Certifications
- Current Oregon RN License required.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) preferred.
Schedule
- Shift: 3x12 Days.
- On-call: Required 1–2 nights per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
