Hybrid Regional Facilities Manager - Stores & Vendors
Panda Restaurant Group
Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores across one region, and to train store managers on facility maintenance. This role negotiates contracts with regional vendors for preventative work and manages vendor performance to ensure quality and cost effectiveness. The FM will implement preventive maintenance programs, support risk management, and travel 40–50% to support stores. This is a hybrid role with full benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Panda Restaurant Group
